| Our policy for cancellations is that we are non-refundable less than 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
We are a non-smoking facility. If smoking occurs there will be a $200.00 per day fee and we
reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund. No pets are permitted. A nearby
kennel will board your pet for their customary fees, or we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
