- Check-in at 4:00 p.m., checkout at 10:00 a.m. late checkout by request only.
- Use of Property is for registered guests only.
- A credit card imprint is taken as a security deposit.
- Cash, personal/travel agent check, Master Card, Visa, American Express,
Discover, or money order accepted for advance deposits and final
payments.
- Holiday rates may be subject to a minimum stay. Please note that rates
do not include state or local taxes, resort fees or transportation.
- This is a nonsmoking property. If smoking occurs there will be a $200 per day fee and
we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
- Sorry, no pets allowed on property a nearby kennel will board your pet.
- Two persons per guest room maximum and four persons maximum for studio suites.
- The use of sofa beds for additional guests will incur a nominal charge.
- Deposits and final payments are non-refundable less than 30 days prior to
arrival, however, we don't want guests to be out of pocket for cancellations
so whenever possible, alternate dates of stay may be booked based
on availability. We will issue a gift certificate good for one year.
You may use the gift certificate or present it to another party
for them to use.
- We
shall hold all advance deposits in a non segregated escrow account
and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.
- Adjustments are
solely by the discretion of the General Manager. Rates and policies
